Guiding You Towards Holistic Wellbeing

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and like you’re constantly running on empty… you’re not alone.

Maybe you find yourself putting everyone else first, saying yes when you want to say no, and feeling stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break; no matter how much you try.

And underneath it all, there’s often a sense of being disconnected from yourself… like you’ve lost touch with what you need, what you feel, or where to even begin.

This space is here to gently support you out of that cycle.

Through a combination of gut health support and a deeper understanding of how your body responds to stress, we work together to help you feel calmer, more grounded, and more in control of your own wellbeing.

This isn’t about pushing harder or doing more.

It’s about helping your body feel safe enough to slow down… so you can start to feel like yourself again.

You don’t have to figure this out alone.

About Me...

Hello again,  I am Amanda.

I am a gut health coach with over six years of experience, supporting women who feel overwhelmed, burnt out, and stuck in cycles they can’t seem to break.

I work with women who are constantly giving to others, struggling to slow down, and feeling disconnected from their bodies. Often dealing with stress, anxiety, digestive issues, low energy, and a sense that something just isn’t quite right.

For a long time, I experienced this myself.

I was caught in patterns of overworking,                   people-pleasing, and ignoring what my body was trying to tell me. Eventually, my body started to show me through fatigue, gut issues, and emotional burnout that something needed to change.

That experience is what led me to this work.

Now, I help women begin to understand what their body has been trying to communicate, supporting both gut health and the body’s response to stress; so they can start to feel more grounded, less overwhelmed, and more in tune with themselves again.

This work is gentle, supportive, and meets you where you are.

Because you don’t need to be fixed, you just need the right kind of support to help your body feel safe enough to shift.
